WHAT ARE WORM CASTINGS?
Worm castings are essentially worm manure. When worms eat through organic matter, they leave behind castings that are nutrient rich, containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Worm castings are also a natural source of humic acid and contain microbes, enzymes and healthy bacteria. Nitrogen and humic acid team up beautifully to stimulate plant growth and overall health. Worm Castings are considered to be an organic and 100% natural fertiliser.
What are the benefits of using Worm Castings?
Worm castings improve soil health and promote plant growth in virtually any garden environment. When added to garden beds and pots worm castings will:

How do we produce Worm Castings?
We have farmed worms commercially for fishing bait for over 30 years. Our core business is worm production, but worm castings are the fantastic by-product that is generated during the process. We extract the worms from the castings as part of the everyday breeding and growth program. The worm castings are simply screened and bagged, straight from the worm bed. There are no additives or fillers in this bag of castings.
